Just wash well and toss in salad. If they're mature, then eat the whole thing by sauteeing them.

I wrote a bit about it here:
http://laevgarden.wordpress.com/2010/03/22/the-humble-radish/Joe Lintonhttp://lacreekfreak.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9190873.post-59301910402958716892011-03-20T08:28:08.573-07:002011-03-20T08:28:08.573-07:00Lovely photographs. I envy your garden.
I pulled a cucumber/radish salad recipe out of Cooking Light just yesterday.
1.5 C thinly sliced radishes
1 cucumber sliced lengthwise, then 1/4-inch slices
2 T red wine vinegar
1 t olive oil
pepper and salt
Toss above to coat, then add:
5 ounces of Mache, which I'm not smart enough to know what that is. It looks like baby spinach.
Sprinkle with crumbled bleu cheese

This sounds like my kind of salad. And it looks pretty too.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06531195153799466599noreply@blogger.com
